Prince George's County Memorial Library is pleased to offer you
downloadable audio books from multiple vendors. Different types
of software and hardware are required by each vendor in order
to download the files to your PC and/or handheld device including ipods. Please
check the Help screens on each site for more details and FAQs

Collection - powered by OverDrive
This collection offers over 3000 downloadable audio books for
adults and children from publishers such as Books on Tape,
Brilliance Audio, Tantor Media, Blackstone, Harper Collins Audio,
Listening Library, etc. (excluding Recorded Books). After you
have downloaded the OverDrive Media Console, you can check out and
download audio books for a period of 7, 14 or 21 days. If all
copies are in use, you can place a reserve through Overdrive and
receive email notification once the title becomes available. There
is a limit of 6 items per customer, checked out at any time.

One Click downloadable audio books powered by Net Library. This collection offers over 1000 adult titles offered exclusively
by Recorded Books. It requires creating a free personal account
and downloading a separate media center. There is a limit of 6
items per customer checked out from this collection at any one
time. These titles are always available and do not need to be
